I had an excellent experience at MARS, Meadowvale Auto Repair Specialists, in Mississauga. The team is friendly, professional, and efficient. I came in with an electrical issue in my Volvo, and from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff already understood my concerns and were ready to help. They even offered me a shuttle or a loaner car, which made things incredibly convenient. I came here for a synthetic oil change back in November, and I have to say I’m really impressed with how professional they are and how transparent and thorough their system is. I say this because I was given a whole Vehicle Condition Report afterwards, which is something I’m not used to with the previous shop. It’s a clear checklist of your car where they state the status as either OK!✅, or Suggested for Service⚠️ at the current state the car is when you bring it for service. They also show you a photo of who the service manager was at the time of the repair (and include their email if you need to contact them), as well as a photo of the technician that worked on your car so you can see who was the one to work on it. Also, they’ve followed up twice via text. The first time was a few days after asking how the car was running, which I replied with “well.” And the second time was about 2 months after asking again how it’s running, which I replied with “still running good.” It’s safe to say I am highly impressed and will definitely be coming back for future services. You can tell these guys take pride in giving their customers the best service. And while the service is on the pricier side, it’s for a reason. You pay for what you get!

First time coming into Meadowvale Auto Repair. Was greeted by Jacob & DJ. Explained what service had to be done on my Audi Q3. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Shop was very clean and organized as well as the waiting area. Service was done quick with a well detailed invoice on the work that was done. This family owned business truly cares about their customers and their vehicles. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy automotive services. I've had over eight cars and been to many auto repair shops but MARS gets my 5 STARS and more. Will be recommending their services to friends and family. They even washed the car...who does that these days.

Very profesional and nice people, visited shop today for issue with weired sound in car, Two person did outside inspection then went for test drive and found peice of plastic stuck in wheel, so they removed it and they charge me nothing, they did it for free. Especialy DJ butler at reception desk was very polite and professional , thank you guys for taking care of my car.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by DJ and Tom. They were so helpful, transparent, and made me feel completely at ease. As a woman, auto shops can sometimes feel intimidating, but not this one. It’s clear they are truly here to help. This family owned business has been around since 1981/82, and you can tell they really know their way around cars. On top of that, they’re authorized BMW mechanics, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of their work. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Suspension & Coil Spring Repair | Lexus RX350 I brought my car into Meadowvale Auto Repair Specialists for a pretty major suspension repair, and I’m honestly impressed with both the work and the customer service. Jacob at the front desk was exceptional — super friendly, incredibly clear when explaining what needed to be done, and very transparent about pricing. What I really appreciated was how he broke everything down, offering me clear options on what repairs were critical versus what could be deferred. There was zero pressure — just honest advice and excellent communication throughout. The work itself was expensive (not gonna lie), but the results speak for themselves — my car drives so much smoother now, and they even detailed it before returning it to me, which was a really nice surprise. You can tell this shop takes pride in what they do. It’s hard to find a mechanic you trust, but I’d say these guys come pretty close. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be coming back when the next round of service is due.

I took my car in because the air conditioning stopped working and for a seasonal check up. Jacob and the staff are always friendly and do a great job at explaining what is wrong with the car, what needs to be fixed, and the cost. I decided to hold off on fixing the air conditioning for now and they were very accommodating. When I dropped off my car, I saw that they also do car detailing, but didn’t ask about it , didn’t request it, but to my surprise, when I picked up my car, they had also detailed it! My car looks fantastic and runs well!
